[Cynnabar] Meeting Space

 The problem with one meeting a month (or even just two) is that our
approval process for things requires three meetings.  So something brought
up in June would not approved until August.  We could change our policy on
approving things to accommodate this idea, but as someone who frequents the
meetings a lot (I think I have missed three or four in the year I have lived
in the barony) I like them.  Others may disagree, but I think their
frequency has been important.
