[Cynnabar] Weekly meeting minutes for 10/24/11

Apologies for the delay on the weekly meeting minutes for 10/24/11.

 

 

Announcements:

- No meeting for two weeks. Next meeting is on 2nd Monday of November on the
14th.

- Baronial business meetings will be held at the Classic Cup Cafe until the
end of the year.

- Master Midair had some damn good blueberry pie.

 

Event and Demo Reports:

Garb workshop held. Four people attended and it was a good time.

 

Old Business:

 

Grand Tournament (Dec. 3rd) -

No big update. Sir Straum reports we do not need any more tokens.

 

Wassail (Dec 17th)

Website is being worked on. Barony's A&S championships tourney will be held
there. Look for an e-mail shortly with the detials.

 

A Day as St. Catherine's Cloister - Demystifying A&S Competitions (Feb. 4th)

Collegium workshops -

All scheduled collegiums workshops are done. Look for new workshops coming
soon, including making mini shields and award tokens.

Citadel -
Seneschal to follow up with Chronicler to inquire on the status of the
Citadel.

Exchequer -
After expenditures and income we have $4810.06 in the bank.

Websites for Grand Tournament and Cecilia Day are up

 

Fencing Marshal (reported via e-mail) -
We are continuing to get new fencers slowly but relatively surely. If there
is any question please email Lord Arnold.

Seneschal -
Planning on starting to put in content on the BoC website seneschal section.

The ribs are good.

We are still a Barony.
