[Cynnabar] Armored Monthly Tourney

Hi All-

   As HE Tairdelbach has said, this Sunday is the last monthly tourney of
the year. Master Thomas Pennyngton, last month's winner, will be in town to
run the tourney.

   Master Thomas is a great fighter with a style we don't see a lot of here
in Pentamere. Please be sure to come out and show him a good time.
