[Cynnabar] Festifall Today - not cancelled (?)

Good morning everyone!

I just got off the phone with a women from the Student Activities office and
she that they *were* going to go ahead with Festifall today and not cancel.
They plan to start at the original time - which is 11am.

If you are able to make it, that would be fantastic!
