[Cynnabar] Grand Tournament - site walk-through

Good morning again!

I have scheduled a walk-through of the Grand Tournament site (the Holy Cross
Lutheran Church in Livonia) for Wednesday, September 21 at 7pm.

We would like to keep this as small a group as possible (under ten?) - so
please let me know if you feel it is important for you to attend.  If not -
I can always take pictures of some of the site areas, and answer questions
regarding spatial issues at the next business meeting, or over email.  Just
let me know what your questions or concerns are.
