[Cynnabar] Comp teachers or lower site fee?

My personal preference is for local events to plan on making money
(maybe not heaping steeping gobs of money, but say 50% above the costs),
so that when an occassional event tanks (due to weather, acts of god or
Royalty, whatever), the group can easily recover.
