[Cynnabar] Cynnabar contributing more than 18%

Good Gentles All,I also feel that this barony should be inspired to contribute more than the minimal amount requested to settle this lawsuit - especially considering the joy and comfort we all receive from the Society. I feel contributions should be made quickly due to the shortness of time we have to raise the money. I also feel individuals should have the chance to make contributions. Considering that the financial resources of individuals within the barony varies greatly, I suggest that for the moment we instruct the exchequer of the barony to round up our payment to the nearest $2000. Then we can take a free will donation (pass the hat) and individuals can contribute personally as much as they feel able. The hat can be passed at all barony sponsored activities on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; deposited on Friday and added to the baronial contribution on Saturday. Perhaps the dunk tank could be set up at Crown so that all the populace could participate?
