[Cynnabar] BoC - Settlement funding discussion

I vote for giving the 18% rounded up to the nearest hundred, if they ask
for 2010 doomsday give them $400.00 if they want the 2011 give them
$1,200.00.

Anything above this I feel requires more time (which we don't have) for
discussion.

Please record my vote.
