And thank you Finn for being a very respectful seneschal in the way  
this is being handled!

I made a suggestion before. I'd like to make it more formal. It seems  
we still have a bit more information promised that might answer some  
questions, and we certainly have a couple more days. Therefore I would  
like to propose that someone who knows how to make an online poll  
create the following poll to be sent on Thursday about 6pm so there is  
a a balance between the time to get that information and the time to  
respond and have responses tallied. Then the group would have decided  
together and we can all support the decision of the majority. We have  
all had a chance to read and make as informed a decision as possible.  
Here is a meaningful method to determine what we all want.


Cynnabar Emegency Poll for distribution of funds required by the SCA  
and the possibility of Cynnabar donating extra:


___ Give the exact amount asked by the SCA, $332 (and then decide  
where any extra monies should go after due process)

___ Give $1200 (the rounded up 18% of 2011 Cynnabar holdings) where  
$332 is designated to the SCA litigation and the balance is designated  
to the Middle Kingdom.

___ Give $1200 (the rounded up 18% of 2011 Cynnabar holdings) where  
all goes to the SCA litigation fund.

___ Compromise -A: Give the SCA $332 originally asked by the SCA plus  
an extra donation of $434 now (half of the balance towards the $1200).  
And hold the other $434 until we decide where it will do the most good.

___Compromise -B: Give the $332 asked by the SCA now and give $432 to  
the Middle Kingdom now, and then use due process to decide where any  
extra money such as the remaining $434 would be best sent.

Will anybody second my proposal or please offer a better solution?
