[Cynnabar] Settlement - Process update

Thank you Finn, for your calm and thoughtful leadership of this discussion.

Thank you also to everyone who contributed to this conversation. It was
very vigorous and empassioned at times, but thoughtful and always with the
best interests of the Barony at it's heart. It is very encouraging to watch
a group work together this well.

We do have a meeting with Their Majesties at Val Day and will pass along
any new information that we get. We will also ask for specific areas that
will be defunded so we can discuss targeted future donations.
