[Cynnabar] Proposal to add Regional A&S compitition to Terpsichore

Greetings,

 

At the last business meeting, it was brought up that they are looking for an
event to host the next Regional A&S competition and that it must be done
before Crown. This means that our Terpsichore event is really the best (if
not possibly only) event that can help out with this. 

 

At the meeting it was discussed that adding the Regional A&S Competition to
the event should NOT impact that space or dancers. We have usable space/room
that can be setup and designated for the competition. For those of you that
know that site, it would be the youth room behind the kitchen. There was
lots of discussion at the meeting about this and everyone at the end felt
like this would be workable for the event, can bring in some more people,
not impact that main focus of the event (dancing!) and help out the
region/Kingdom. 

 

Please note, this would be a one time thing. No one is looking to add this
to our Terp event on a permanent basis. We are just helping out some folks
in a time of need.
