[Cynnabar] Sunday 6/24 archery practice update!

Archers, the fickle demons who control the weather ball-of-scrying may have
turned against us!  Please consult your weather sources for an up-to-date
radar sweep before setting out for archery practice today: the chance of
T-storms has increased to 70%, but the timing is still indeterminate.

Light rain will not prevent archery practice, "active weather" will.  "When
in doubt, sit it out!"
