Also, Tairdelbach and I, along with a few others from the Barony, attended this event last year and it was great fun in another little shire north and east of our Barony! If you can put it on your calendars to attend....you'll have a great time! It's good to support these groups!!!

When: 18-20 May
Where: Armada County Fairgrounds, Armada MI
What to expect: Fighting, Fencing (on a pirate ship!), Feasting, Archery,
Thrown Weapons, A&S classes and display, Siege Cookery, Children's
Activities (up to and including boffers, I believe), Shopping, Camping,
Good Company

I am the A&S coordinator.  If you are interested in teaching a class,
please contact me off list!  I would like to have a preliminary schedule
soon!  Feel free to forward this as you see fit, as diversity in
programming is much desired.  I would very much like to add bardic arts, in
particular, to the roster - be they singing or story telling or juggling or
any such thing.  Dancing would also be nice, both middle eastern and
European.

Thank you very much for considering adding us to your spring activities!
It's about time for airing out the camping equipment for Border War and
Pennsic and things, isn't it?
