Good Seneschals,
Over the summer, it has become apparent that not enough people know about
the Minor Medical Authorization. In brief, if someone trolls into an event
with a child that is not their own, they MUST have a Minor Medical
Authorization in addition to the Minor Waiver. No excuses, no exceptions,
this includes Grandma & step parents. Please review the Corporate & Middle
Kingdom policies on this. The Minor Medical Authorization form is on the
Minister of Youth kingdom webpage, just below the Minor waiver. If you have
any questions, please double check with the Kingdom Seneschal. I think this
issue falls under his jurisdiction, but I've been asked to spread the word.
