[Cynnabar] Pennsic... 22 days!

Greetings all.

For those of you who are going to Pennsic this year and camping with
Cynnabar, please send me your tent sizes, without ropes.  If you have a
shade fly you intend to put up, include that as well.

If you have gone in previous years and are using the same tent as you have
in previous years, we probably have your tent size.  However, still email
me (as some of you already have) with a note saying "yes, we plan to use
the same tent as last year" or something to that effect.  We just need
verification that it is the same size rather than assuming that it is,
which is always a bad plan.  So please indulge us with a short confirming
email on your tent size.  Much appreciated.

Also if you have specific needs, such as needing to plug in a CPAP machine,
that we need to know about, please let us Camp fees have gone up this year
to $25/adult (preregistered) and $55 for families.  We have had the same
camp fee since I first started coming to Pennsic -- Pennsic 28!! -- so we
have worked hard over the years to keep our costs as reasonable as
possible.  We are raising fees this year to make some necessary camp
improvements.

Also, as usual, we will still ask that everyone who is part of the Cynnabar
camp do one job, on one day, for the benefit of the whole camp while they
stay with us.  For those of you who have not camped with us before, these
tasks are easy, such as filling community water containers or taking out
the trash from under the shade fly, and help keep our Pennsic home away
from home pleasant for all of us.
