[Cynnabar] Youth Concerns

To the Barony of Cynnabar,
 
Greetings from your Minister of Youth! If you weren't at the business meeting tonight, then you might be a bit confused when I say there are concerns over our youth, events, and policy. But there is and many of you have questions. I hear, know and understand this.
 
Before I say much more, I ask, for your patience. The law surrounding youth is confusing and not easily understood. There is a team of people working to resolve and clarify this. I do not know when it will be done, but I assure you that I will have clearer information once it is.
 
For now we have to make do with what we have. I know we have several events coming up of which we need clarification for them, as well as practices that we need clarity on! I have a few things from the meeting:
 
- What is an event?
- What is needed for a minor to attend an event?
- Youth at Events: what is needed in terms of supervision?
- What does a person need if bringing a minor to an event?
 
Keeping in mind that I will do the best I can to find solid answers, I would like to know what other thoughts or concerns you may have over this.
