[Cynnabar] Herald Night CANCELLED

[John Wilkerson]

          Herald Night is cancelled due to the weather and road
          conditions. Local sources in Milan (i.e. Shoshana Jackson
          <https://www.facebook.com/shoshigana>) say the roads have not
          been plowed well.
