I had questions, I hope this will help.
 
I am looking for 1 person per shift
Need to be able to pick up 1 gallon of water at a time
I have to be at least 5 foot tall ( need to reach the tubs)
Tasks: sanitizing water jugs or fill water jugs or carry the jug across the tent ( 3 stations- pick one)       
Come dressed in garb
Water Point on the battle field (big Tent), look for the pink flamingos
Only the days on the schedule (Monday – Friday)
Friday in the afternoon is jug smashing days (for recycling)
Will show you what needs to be done at the tent
If someone wants to come out for more hours, that will be GREAT J
          I am going to be looking for a replacement for Water Point if someone is interested.

Greetings your Excellencies 
 
My names is Lady Aurora and I am running Water Point at Pennsic. It was a pleasure to meet some of you in person at the events. Pennisc  is around the corner  and I am looking for volunteers at Water Point.  I have attached a sign-up sheet and I am asking for 1 hour from each one of your baronies to help out. Please fill out and send back. I did highlight certain times that are more crucial. If you have any questions please let me know. 
One more thing, if you can SAVE your empty water jugs in camp and bring them to the battle field to water point. It will be a great help J
