[Cynnabar] Wassail!

Hey everyone! 
I called the Chelsea fairgrounds. Unfortunately the 13th has already been taken. At the last business meeting we had decided if not the 13th then the 20th. I have right now it saved for that day, but will want to call back and confirm this with him should we really want to keep this date. I know we don't have an Event steward for this yet (if someone is interested it is probably best to speak up soon so that we can get things rolling as you can see we still have 6 months and people are already booking. If we rather have it somewhere else, should we start looking once more? We could always try back at the Chelsea Depot, but that space worked well for the amount of people we had last year (around 70-80 as figured.), I am not sure what would happen if we actually had good weather. Please share your thoughts/concerns or what you think we should do. We do not have another business meeting until 7/14. So having a plan probably wouldn't be such a bad idea. Thoughts?
