[Cynnabar] Wassail!

Personally, I am good with the 20th in order to have the Chelsea
Fairgrounds.  The Chelsea Depot was nice, albeit cozy, but as you point
out, Wassail! was hit by heavy weather last year.  If the weather is good
this year, the Depot could be Sardine City.
