Greetings fine populace of the Barony!
Grand Day of Tournament is little over 2 weeks away! We have heard of several prizes that some of the fine citizens plan to donate -- but we could still use more. So far we've heard of great things like pottery, fabric, trims, knives, food gifts. If there's something that you plan to donate, please let us know. If you think you've run short on time -- you can always make a 'coupon' to be cashed in later. Such things as garb, heraldic work, or other personalized items can make great gifts if you'd choose to use your skills and donate the time after the event.
This year it will be bigger and grander than ever with presumably much festivity as we make Our Baroial transition! Let’s show the Middle Kingdom the talent and generosity our group has to offer.
For those that have never been to Grand Day of Tournament (Formerly "Grand Tournament"), it has been a wonderful tradition to showcase the varied and considerable talents -- and not to mention, the generosity of this Barony to provide prizes made and donated by the populace for the winners of the various tourneys on the day! And we have already planned full list of tournaments and events throughout the day in need of such gifts.
Items ranging from armour, to jewelry, books, furniture, felted items, clothing, woodworking, paintings, candle sticks, etc. make for fantastic prizes! Prizes are either handmade or new (or sometimes 'slightly' new). As long as it is a quality and tasteful item that We can be proud to give there are no limits on item type. Often these prizes are given by the winners to their consorts so they need not be martial in nature.
Please email message (or Facebook message) His Excellency or I if you have a prize to contribute! It's not too early to start thinking about crafting!

We thank you for your donation of time and talent!
