[Cynnabar] Looking for Replacement- MoY

Hey everyone! I know you've probably heard me say it before, but I'm looking to step down from Cynnabar's Minister of Youth Position. I am also hoping to find a replacement because I'd hate to leave this office empty in our great Barony.
What is required to be a Minister of Youth you ask?-A change of officer form (once approved by the group)-A background check-Quarterly reporting to the regional (these aren't hard and I'm doing my best to make them easier than ever!)-Monthly reports to the Barony-Encouraging Youth to participate in SCA by offering activites (these don't even have to be run by you! You can choose to be a coordinator and get others to do classes much in the same way "adult" classes are run at events.
