I agree.  Roaring Wastes seems to get good benefit out of their public
exposure at the park they fight at regularly.  And, I think partially due to
more general traffic, they tend to have a lot more non-fighters at the
practices.  That probably spreads the work out of "interacting with the
public" a bit.

Logistics-wise, getting someone to do constable work between bouts shouldn't
be a big deal unless there were exactly two people there.  Certainly if
someone needs me to do crowd management for armored or fencing when I'm
between bouts - grab me!  I'll even make a stripey-stick if it helps. :-)
