[Cynnabar] Seeking Proposals for Wassail!*

Unto the populace of Cynnabar,

While we may not be thinking of the cold winter months, soon the nights
will become longer, the frost will greet us in the morning, and the snow
will fall.  As is tradition we will hold our annual winter get together,
Wassail!*

We are looking for people to put together bids for this event.  Why am I
getting the information out this early? Two reasons:  1)  It is NEVER too
early to plan an event.  2)  We want to encourage anyone who has never run
an event but is interested in doing so to take some time and think about
it, ask questions, and decide if this is right for them.

Wassail*, being a small event, is a good one to cut your teeth on.  No
event is "easy" or only takes one person, but some are more suited for
newer people.

So please consider if this is right for you and if you have any questions,
please feel free to email myself or any of our previous event stewards.
