[Cynnabar] Grand Day Proposal

Good morning again!

My apologies if I was unclear in my proposal - my idea is that this is my
proposal to be the event steward for the event.

This is a non-traditional proposal, because I am hoping that the actual
proposal writing process will be part of the learning process for those
that volunteer to be part of the staff.

Please feel free to ask more questions - I don't want to derail the normal
process, when the normal process is what I am trying to teach!

If the group would rather, I can certainly bring a event proposal first,
but I was hoping that my Deputies could work on it with me as part of the
process.
