[Cynnabar] Grand Day Proposal

I think it's a great to find educational opportunities like this. That
being said I have some concerns and, since I am not able to attend the
meeting tonight, I put them forward here.

My concern here is that it comes ahead of any proposal for the event
itself, and therefore identification of who the event steward will be. As
such I'm worried that it proposes an internal "sub-theme", outside the
typical scope of the event, that any prospective event steward would be
required to adopt. The group has long shied away from stewards being
micromanaged by the group and this seems to me to fall into that territory.

I like this idea in general and would support any steward who wanted
to provide this sort of educational opportunity with any event the Barony
hosts. I would prefer that it accompany the formal event proposal so that
the group can be assured that the approved event steward is fully on board
with the idea and not just taking it on because the group previously
decided that this is what the group wanted for a particular event.

Respectfully,
Tairdelbach
