[Cynnabar] Grand Day Proposal

Good morning!

I wanted to reach out to let you know that I will be at tonight's meeting
and will be bringing a proposal for Grand Day of Tournaments 2016.  It will
not be the proposal for the event itself, but instead it will be a proposal
for the event to be utilized as an event steward teaching opportunity.
Please see attached document.

If you are interested and able to make it tonight's meeting - I'd love to
see you there!
