[Cynnabar] Grand Day Proposal

Hello!

This is a great question, thank you!

In many ways I imagine this process will feel very similar to running any
other event/Grand Day - we will have an event steward and then all of the
appropriate staff heads.

Some of these staff heads will be Deputies to the Event Steward too, and
will be "shadowing" to learn more, not only about their particular areas,
but also event stewarding in general. They can participate in the
workshops (which I plan to organize, be part of the behind the scenes
discussion on relevant event stewarding topics), etc. Some staff will not
be interested in all these details of event planning, but will still be
part of the staff and we will work all together as a whole, trying to
fulfill the vision of the event as stated in the proposal.

Does this answer your question some? I will give it more consideration too
and see what more I can do to explain.

Thank you!
Giovanna
