[Cynnabar] Pennsic 2015 Pre-reg ends June 17th!

REMINDER:  Pre-registration ends June 17th!  Below is the information
regarding camping with Cynnabar.

Greetings all.

It is that time of year again... time to start thinking about and making
preparations for Pennsic. This year, Pennsic runs from July 24 – August 9,
2015.

We on the Cynnabar camp staff would like to encourage everyone who plans to
go to Pennsic this year to pre-register. Cynnabar gets allotted our land
based on pre-registrations. To make sure we have enough land for everyone's
tent (plus land for paths between tents etc.) we really need everyone to
pre-reg.

When you pre-reg, make sure you specify in the group name CYNNABAR.
Pre-registration on-line pre-paid - June 17th.

Camp fees this year will be the same at last year - $25/adult or $55/family
with children. As usual, those who don't pre-register, pay double camp fee.

We have the tent sizes of those who camped with us last year. However,
please confirm with me that you still have the same tent set up as last
year so we can be sure.

If you have a new tent or are new to camping with Cynnabar, please let me
what your tent size is.

We will be having a workshop at a Sunday fighter practice soon to answer
questions about Pennsic and camping with Cynnabar. We will announce a date
for the workshop when we have one.
