[Cynnabar] Finishing up Crown Expenses

I have seen the majority of the expenses already, we have a couple still outstanding.

** Note all numbers are approximate as I do not have access to the event report as I write this **

If you have receipts from Crown that the expenses were approved, and need to be reimbursed, please send me the information (ie what it was you bought, and amount - duct tape is coming to mind :)) You can bring the receipts to next Monday's meeting. I will be issuing the check to pay for the site this coming weekend, and would like to finalize the event report so I can also issue the check for the profit split with Kingdom.

Currently we are seeing a profit (total) of around $3800, of which we need to send Kingdom about $1900. ** NOTE, this is not including the outstanding receipts, and DOES NOT include the $900+ profit from lunch tavern (which is NOT subject to the profit split)

If there are no objections I can issue the profit split PRIOR to getting the remaining receipts. If I do this, the remaining receipts would come solely out of the Baronial profit.

As it stands profit is: (approx.)
               Baronal: $1900 + &900 = $2800
               Kingdom: $1900

Approximate total profit: $4700 (includes lunch tavern)
