[Cynnabar] Meeting and... Stuff

There were so many different Emails with talk about waivers and training
for events and such that I was having trouble following them! Some of which
I found in two different Email addresses!! (ceara.steph at gmail.com is the
one I use) I felt like much of this content was related and should be
combined into one conversation.

I know that Mistress Giovanna will not be able to attend the meeting
tomorrow (today?), but I thought since most of us would already be together
that having Mistress Kay join us would be good. Midair has also run events
in the past so having it at their house didn't seem so bad either!

What I propose we do is come up with basic points we want to brainstorm
regarding what is needed to run an event. Also think about who we should/or
consider bringing into this group so that could help us figure this out.
This way by the next meeting we can be a little more focused in our topics.
