[Cynnabar] Successor for Herald

[John Wilkerson via Barony]

I am looking for a replacement as Herald. Summary of duties include hosting
Herald's night (currently has a location), voice of the Barony as needed,
assisting with heraldic research for members This is a required office and
you must submit a report every quarter to Kingdom.
