Natalie Zemon Davis led by Kay.

Upcoming Baronial Events and Demos

*Canton Public Library Demo:  Sun October 23, 2016: 1-3 pm.*

*Ann Arbor Dance Event*, “Time Traveler’s Ball”co-sponsored with AACT-MAD
Fri Oct 28, 2016 7:30 -11:00 pm. Michigan League Lady Morwen, Liaison.

·         Dance will be in the Vandenberg Rooms, Michigan Union. Admission
is $6.

*Grand Day of Tournaments *2016 Sat Nov 5, 2016, Liberty School, Ann Arbor
Saline Road, Saline, MI. Ms. Giovanna Steward. Budget $1735. Breakeven 174.

·         Set Up will start Friday 11/4, after 9 pm in the Gym.  Access to
Cafeteria and Halls will be 6pm.

*Ann Arbor Christian School Demo* Thursday Dec 8, 2016. Coordinator: Daye.
Site: 5500 Whitmore Lake Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105,

·         Leader: Daye – We are still a month+ out from the date.  All is
well.

*Wassail!*  Sat Dec 10 2016, Chelsea Fairgrounds – Baroness Hannah $150

·         Proposal submitted … Meeting  1/3 = Yea

*Pentamere 12th Night* Jan 7, 2017. THL Ceara Hidden Springs Church, Howell
Budget $2700* Breakeven: 170 (approx)

·         Site
has asked for more "site fee" : + $500.  Meeting 1/3 = Yea. (See also *New
Business)

*Terpsichore at the Tower* April 1, 2017 Lord Gavriil. St Paul’s Church of
Christ, Saline MI. Budget $500 Breakeven: 50.

·         Lord Gavriil described resolved date conflict with re-scheduled
Clancy Days.  He will submit a proposal with budget soon.  Lord Aelfric has
been liaison with site (St. Paul’s UCC in Saline).

*St Cecelia at The Tower *May 13 & 14, 2017 NOW: May 19, 20, 21. St Paul’s
Saline. Mistress Jadwiga. Budget $200. Donations at the Door.

·         Conflict with Siege of Talonval averted by scheduling across from
Battle of the Inland Seas.  All parties are aware.

·         Lord Aelfric is liaison with St. Paul’s Saline site.

*Old Business*
