For me, the most interesting findings have to do with awards:

   - 70 members (35.5%) do not have awards that give them precedence
   - 70 members (35.5%) have an AoA-level award as their highest award
   - 16 members (8.1%) have a GoA-level award as their highest award
   - 41 members (20.8%) have a rank of court baron/baroness or above

It might be good to start thinking about ways to help and encourage
AoA-level members do cool things and get exposure for them.
