[Cynnabar] 20170213 Barony of Cynnabar Business Meeting Notes

Three updates:

Youth Officer position: Ze'ev is now the youth officer for the Canton of
Brackendelve.

Fearghas Buchannon's elevation is at the Tournament of Defense on March
25th here in Pentamere.

Under Spring Revel: "William & Birke- Marshalls of Defense, aware of the
planned date."  William is group marshal, and he will definitely be there.
I am the deputy, yes, and while I do a lot of the scheduling, being a
marshal at practice is not one of my duties every week unless William
specifically asks me to cover for him.  Yes, I imagine I'll be at Spring
Revel and can act as a marshal.  Also, I was not informed and made aware of
this date, and only found out because of meeting minutes, so this is
inaccurate.  Is this date confirmed?  Because I will alter the website (our
current schedule has us at the Michigan Union this date) and tell Hattie to
cancel the room reservation for that date if this is confirmed.
