[Cynnabar] Arts and Science reports due

Unto the Populace of the Barony of Cynnabar the Minister of Arts and
sciences sends greetings!  Whereas I will be away on the date the next
 quarterly report is due, I will need to turn it in early!  Therefore, I am
asking for you to get me the reports of your quarterly Arts and Sciences
activities by Tuesday, July 11.  This covers the period April 15-July 11.
I look forward to hearing from each of you!
