[Cynnabar] 20170619 meeting notes

In regards to the second point, I have talked with Their Excellencies
Donnershaffen about that very thing.  We definitely do not want to conflict
with their awesome event.  September has five weekends next year, which
will hopefully help us not disturb other events.  :)
