[Cynnabar] Tonight's meeting location

Thank you for a little rain on the parade! As the person trying to give
the workshop I also do not support the move. It was too noisy, too small,
and too many interruptions. I am thinking that restaurants and pre-meeting
workshops do not mix, and I doubt if even in a somewhat larger room would
help

Other notes are that it took us 45 minutes to get there in good weather.
We did not find the food either good or reasonably priced. But I don't
expect any place to be perfect for everyone.
