[Cynnabar] Baronial Pennsic War Schedule

Hello, everyone!

It's already late May, which means it's time to start thinking about Pennsic
<http://www.pennsicwar.org/penn46/>! For those of you who haven't gone
before, Pennsic is a huge, 2-week-long event held in Slippery Rock,
Pennsylvania.

Ermenrich and I have started planning some Baronial activities, including:

   - Baronial Armored Champions Tournament (we're hosting) on Tuesday,
   August 8, from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
   - Potluck & Baronial "Drunken" Court on Wednesday, August 9, from
   5:00-9:00 pm
   - Eat It, Drink It, Burn It Night on Friday, August 11, from 6:00 pm -
   12:00 am

I've started a Google calendar to track Baronial activities, plus
activities that Cynnabar folks are playing major roles in

(tournaments, classes, challenges, performances, etc.) If you are involved
in any such activities and I've somehow missed you, please let me know, and
I will add your event to our calendar. This calendar helps us remember what
everyone is working on and allows us to better support each other.

You can add the calendar to your own Google calendar or just view it
online. I will be updating it as more Baronial activities are
added/confirmed.

In addition, over the next couple of months, Ermenrich, I, and others will
be contacting you with more detailed information about the activities
listed above. We'll also be asking for volunteers to help with projects to
make our Pennsic camp more comfortable, beautiful, and convenient. So be on
the lookout for such emails!
