[Cynnabar] A&S reporting changes

To the Esteemed Populace of Cynnabar the Minister of Arts and Sciences
sends greetings!

You may have noted that there has been no call for populace A&S activities
this quarter.  That is because the Kingdom is no longer collecting
information about private arts and sciences work for its quarterly report.
While this work is still hugely important, the Kingdom is now collecting
information only on Barony-sponsored activities with an emphasis on
learning and teaching.

This includes Barony-sponsored guild meetings, workshops, work parties,
classes, demos, and competitions.  By "sponsored" I mean: announced in
Baronial media, and inviting the populace.

I still need your help!  Please let me know the number of meetings between
April 1 and June 30, and approximate attendance, at the following:

1) Dance practices
2) Scribal Guild
3) Brewers' Guild
4) Coining work parties
5) Armor work days
6) Bench building
7) Any other sponsored A&S meeting not listed

My report is due on July 15.
