[Cynnabar] Q&As with Baronial candidates

As discussed in the business meeting last night, we have two scheduled Q&As
with the Baronial candidates: Thursday, 6/13/19 Thursday, 6/20/19 These Q&A
sessions will run from 7pm to 9pm, at People's Presbyterian Church in
Milan, MI (our normal practice / meeting location). These will operate as a
moderated open forum. A third Q&A will be scheduled on a different day of
