[Cynnabar] Armored practice June 20

Armored Fighters,

Similar to last week, the Barony will be having its Baronial Candidate Q&A
session.  This will occupy the main room we've used for fighting.

Given that the weather forecast is showing rain which would impede outdoor
practice, I'm conditionally canceling the armored practice.

If the weather cooperates and we have a marshal who is willing to run
outdoor practice, it can happen.
