[Cynnabar] Photo Waivers

Hey everyone!

I am updating the waiver database! If you see your name on this list, it
means that I have a waiver from you with your name on it and your signature
saying that I can publish any photo of you taken by any person. This
includes children.

If you don't see your name, and want me to be able to use a photo of you,
please let me know and I will get you the form to fill out next time I see
you!

If you DO see your name and have CHANGED YOUR MIND and you do NOT want me
to use your photo, please let me know. Otherwise, I will assume that it is
okay to use your photo for SCA purposes which include the following:
Citadel, Website, fliers, cards, and other forms of media.

If there is a specific type of media you wish not to see yourself in, then
please let me know and I will be sure not to place you in that particular
type of media.
