[Cynnabar] LAST CALL FOR LETTERS OF INTENT

[Cynnabar Seneschal via Barony]

Letters of intent for the Baronial transition are due by 11:59PM tonight
(5/30/19)! Please send your letters directly to boc.seneschal at gmail.com

Each Letter should include, for each candidate:
- The candidate's SCA name and title(s) they wish used on the poll
- The candidate's legal name and contact information, including mailing
address, email address, and phone number
- Copies of valid membership card (valid through the prospective transition
date)
- Copies of photo identification card
- A photo of the candidate together with a photo release form
- A Letter which can include any additional information wished, such as
experience and qualifications, vision for the Barony, etc.
