[Cynnabar] Meeting minutes

Cynnabar Baronial Meeting  9 December 2021  7:30pm,   12 in attendance

*Officer reports:*

*Armored*: Jorun - Q4 report was submitted, and the Pandemic audit &
Regional has received it. Armored fighters, please check to see that you've
submitted a copy of the new individual waivers to the Clerk of the Roster;
there should be a copy in the FB group Files section. As they're now
updating the Kingdom files in the new database, you will not want to be
unable to fight after you've arrived at an event. Please submit your Q4
marshal at large reports through the website. If you cannot access it, send
your report to the regional, Capt. Bjarg at pentamere.marshal at midrealm.org
ASAP as they're now late. Inform him that you are not able to get into the
reporting page so he can fix it for you.

*Rapier:*  nothing new to report.

*Social Media:*  Beth - There is now a folder in the closet with the loaner
armor containing the various waivers and sign in sheets, along with a
pen.  Please
let Nezkha know if the forms are running low so more can be provided.  Lady
Jenny has agreed to be the Deputy SMO.   We learned a lot from running FB
ads before, looking for opportunities to advertise – which led into A&S,
and advertising classes once they’ve been set up (see below).

*Arts & Sciences*  Ulfrun – Will be sending out an announcement looking for
people to teach classes in the New Year.  Also, if you are interested in
being an A&S Deputy, please contact Ulfrun or Nezkha.

*Exchequer:*  Diamante – first Exchequer report done.  Transition forms
were signed at the meeting, now need one of the Barons to sign.

*Chatelaine:*  Looking for someone to fill this position, please contact
Nezkha or Ceara if you are interested.

*Chronicler: *  If you have any topics for publication, please contact
Gabriella or Nezkha.

*Barons:*  nothing new to report.

*Old Business:*

*Storage upgrade budget items* – Beth:  the church closet doesn’t need new
shelves at this time with the equipment we have, but upgrade should be left
in the budget in case things change for next year.  The barn storage does
need shelves, but that will wait until Spring, when it’s warmer (the barn
is not heated). We have a possibility of some donated shelving.



*The next business meeting* will be January 13th at 8 pm at Peoples
Presbyterian Church in Milan (same as fight practice). Until the wifi
situation can be resolved, we will not be adding a zoom component, since it
doesn’t work (intermittent sound, etc.).
