[Cynnabar] Fwd: Reopening Guidelines

The next Baronial meeting on Sunday, May 23rd at 7:30pm e.s.t., will be the
second meeting to approve the 2021-2022 budget, and to open discussions on
how the Barony would like to proceed.  Please read both of the attached
documents ahead of time.
