[Cynnabar] Practice 7/21/22 & Monthly Tournament

[Marshal - Armored Combat Cynnabar via Barony]

Hear me, Oh Barony of Cynnabar! Pennsic is nigh and there are still armored
combat practices to attend!

To make sure we have decent attendance for our potential new folks from the
demo, and so we can have a nice turnout for the day, we're moving the
practice tourney to this week instead of next week.

Sir Gregoire was last month's tournament winner and he's spicing things up
with the following tournament: Round robin for the initial, then the top 2
in the first round fight best 2 of 3 with matched weapons, no repeating
styles. Bring your A-game, y'all. Give the arts folks a show.

Housekeeping:
I will not be in attendance at practice until probably 8/18 due to a
long-needed vacation. To that end, I will continue to organize this digital
part of practices, but someone else will be in charge of the uber form
while I'm gone. The meeting minutes detail that the group would like to
have pity party meetings during our normal practice time. If you want to
participate in that, please continue to interact with these posts and the
polls in the chat group.

If you want to fight, there must be a warranted marshal in attendance, but
if you just want to go to be social, please do because there will be
social/arts only people looking to hang out on Thursdays. I won't be
officially canceling practices to be sure I don't impact that group, but I
will have headcounts of fighters for you weekly. I do have at least one
warranted marshal who has indicated they will be available if folks want to
fight.
