Cynnabar Baronial Meeting 10 November 2022, in-person, at 7:07 pm, 10 in
attendance as well as being live on Zooooooommmmm with 2 attendees. (after
some sound difficulties)!!!

   Our Webminister would like to find someone to help and/or take over for
   him. If you are interested, please let Giovanna or Aaron know.

   We need people at 7:30 in the morning for SET-UP!

   We really need volunteers!

      Site opens at 3pm.

      We can decorate all we want, as long as we don’t put any holes in the
      walls, it sounds like gaffer tape will be okay (we will test first).

      Potluck dinner at 5pm.

      Dessert court after dinner!!

      There will be a Yulelog that has been waiting for three years!

   Terpsichore (April 15th, 2023)

      The check and signed contract has been dropped off.
      2.

      The website needs to be updated. Eliza will work on this.

      HE Malachy has offered to send out an invitation to Royalty and serve
      as the Liaison.

OFFICER REPORTS:

Seneschal: Nothing new to report at this time.

Exchequer: (Diamante): Working on October report.

Chatelaine: (Daye) : Plans on being at Grand Day at the Welcome table.
Poked His Majesty about a sandwich sign update. Working on changeover
paperwork.

Armored: (Jorun): Nothing at this time.

Rapier: (Throckmorton): Nothing at this time.

Arts & Sciences: (Caryn): Lady Ulfrun taught a gaming class last week and
went well! HE Olaf and Caryn are working on a survey to go out to get a
feel for populace interests. Monthly classes will be on the third THursday
- if anyone has any classes that they would like to offer or have taught,
please let Caryn know.

Herald: (Aesa): Nothing new to report

Social Media: (Valka): Nothing new to report

Chronicler: (Gabriella) - Looking for a successor.

Webminster: Looking for help and possibly a successor

Archery: no report

Their Excellencies:

   1.

   Aesa and HE Olafr went to Hawkbridge for Fall revel: about 40 people and
   full dinner and A&S competition. They are looking to petition to become a
   Shire.
   2.

   Court at Closing of the Range and fun was had!
   3.

   Northwoods 50th Event - HE Olafr is going on Saturday and will be
   feeding 55 people!

The next business meeting will be Thursday, December 8th at 7pm in person
at the Milan site, presided over by Giovanna. There is NO MEETING on
Thursday, November 24th due to Thanksgiving. Seneschal will add an
additional meeting on December 1st, if needed.
