[Cynnabar] Celtic Fest Demo!

All. I was just texted about the demo tomorrow. The fair does not have the metal troughs for the ice and water. So if anyone or two people can bring a big empty cooler for the ice and water, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello all,  Friday: Setup of list field and sunshades are tomorrow night starting at 6:pm! No garb required.Please keep limited space for unloading in mind!We normally go for a drink and/or food after setup and enjoy the festival a bit after setup.  Saturday:  Saturday start, gates for setup open at 7:30am. Cars must be off-site by 9:am. Fair opens 10:am. If you cannot make it prior to 9:am, please plan to carry your stuff in from the parking lot. Parade line-up starts at 10:am and must be in place by 10:30. Parade at 11:am. Combat demos start at 12:30 and every hour with last at 5:30. No lunch from that fair this year, please plan accordingly. Breakdown no sooner that 6:PM.
