[Cynnabar] Celtic Fest Demo!

Hello all, 

 

Friday: 

*	Setup of list field and sunshades are tomorrow night starting at 6:pm! 
*	No garb required.
*	Please keep limited space for unloading in mind!
*	We normally go for a drink and/or food after setup and enjoy the festival a bit after setup. 

 

Saturday: 

 

*	Saturday start, gates for setup open at 7:30am. Cars must be off-site by 9:am. Fair opens 10:am. 
*	If you cannot make it prior to 9:am, please plan to carry your stuff in from the parking lot. 
*	Parade line-up starts at 10:am and must be in place by 10:30. Parade at 11:am. 
*	Combat demos start at 12:30 and every hour with last at 5:30. 
*	No lunch from that fair this year, please plan accordingly. 
*	Breakdown no sooner that 6:PM.
